What makes this bag so special?
Style and function! Most lunch bags, boxes and purses are just that. Our bags are so stylish and ultra-lightweight they will become your on the go bag for everyday use. Depending on the style, you can fit a laptop, purse essentials, snacks for you or your kids, books, or most anything for work or play any day and still be featherlight! Best of all, even if you’re not carrying a meal, you will want to always have your PPS so you can create a clean and safe space to eat mindfully anytime Last but not least ALL our bags are wholly machine washable.
What's included with my bag?
All of our bags include Persoi Place Setting (PPS), consisting of placemat, SS utensils (fork, knife, spoon) and cloth napkin. Sealable glass containers that fit perfectly at the bottom and a separate cosmetic/snack pouch for essentials, as well as a decorative scarf.
Are these bags insulated?
YES, naturally so! Most insulated lunch bags consist of polyester fiberfill with a plastic lining and/or silver metallic fabric that are at best, minimally insulating. Our signature bags are made of a very unique compressed foam fabric that is naturally insulating and ultra- lightweight. Though they perform like a wetsuit – they are not made of neoprene or rubber.
Are the glass containers dishwasher and microwave safe?
Yes, our glass storage containers are made of high-quality borosilicate glass (FDA certified food grade safe & BPA free) which are dishwasher, microwave, freezer and oven safe (no lids please).
How do I care for my bag?
Our bags are wholly machine washable, durable and sustainable quick drying fabric so no need for a dryer. Just toss the entire bag, placemat and cosmetic pouch in your washing machine! We recommend gentle cycle for better form keeping.
What is the warranty and/or life expectancy of my bag?
We guarantee our products against manufacturing defects, such as issues with any parts or material defects, for one year with proof of purchase. Bags were tested to withstand multiple machine washings with no issues reported. We do not guarantee our products for issues related to wear and tear including rips, spills, mold and stains.
Can I return the bag?
We hope you love what you ordered. But in case you don’t — we will be happy to exchange or issue a full refund (minus shipping charges) within 30 days of the initial purchase date. Product(s) must be unused and in all original packaging with all original components. Sorry we cannot accept any partial returns.
To complete a return or exchange, please email us at email@example.com with details of your request and include your order number. After we receive your product(s) back at our warehouse, we will issue an exchange or refund to the original payment used during the purchase (minus shipping charges).
Can I return bags marked "sale" or purchased with promotions?
We are sorry but we cannot accept returns on Sale items or items purchased with a special discount promotion. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will make every effort to assist.
What is your shipping policy?
We package and ship your order as soon as we receive an order confirmation. We provide FREE (U.S.A.) ground shipping which means your order will be delivered 4-8 days after the ship date.
